What is a JTC e-Statement?
A JTC e-Statement is an electronic version of your Statement of Account (SA). With an e-Statement, you do not need to wait for your SA to arrive at the mailbox, instead you can view your statements online via Krypton.
No more lost, misplaced or delayed SAs!
When your e-Statement is ready for viewing, we will send you an email notification with a short summary of the amount payable and payment due date. All you have to do is to click on the link in the email, log on to Krypton and access all your account details in just a few clicks! For your convenience, copies of e-Statements generated within the past 18 months will be available for your viewing and retrieval. You can even choose to download and save the statements for your company records.
It’s faster and safer!
All you need is an internet connection and you will be able to access your monthly e-Statement. This is a safer option and prevents unauthorised viewing of your company's confidential statement of accounts. Only authorised personnel will be able to access your Krypton account.
