To purchase Building Plans, please complete and submit the online form below. We will contact you when the plans are ready for collection at our Contact Centre. Please refer to the Plan Rates for the various types of plans.

Notes:

1.   Should you not receive any call from us within 3 working days, please call our Contact Centre Hotline at 1800-5687000.

2.   Plans are available in A2/A1/A0 size except for Borelog, which is available only in A3.

3.   Required documents (except Borelog) to bring on day of collection are listed below:

• Letter of Authorization by Lessee or Registered Tenants.
• Potential Lessees / Tenants or their representatives should obtain supporting letter from JTC Corporation’s Marketing and Sales Department.
• For purchase of infrastructure plans, please attach a copy of the key plan for the subject site.
