Q01 : What is the reserve launch bank scheme?
A01 : The reserve launch bank is a land launch scheme that allows sites to be used on a flexible tenure basis. The key feature of the reserve launch bank scheme is that the tenure of the sites under this scheme is not stipulated. Instead, customers can indicate the required tenure for their desired sites in accordance to their operational requirements.
JTC will consider all proposed tenure terms, given the maximum tenure of the site is not exceeded. Upon receipt of interest for a site, JTC will advise customers on the allocation criteria and the administrative procedures for the application of the subject sites.
