Government Land Sales Programme

As the primary agent for the Government Industrial Land Sales Programme (GLS), JTC releases industrial land for development via public tender.  The sites are placed into two lists i.e. the Confirmed list and the Reserve list.

Land parcels in the Confirmed List are sites which have been earmarked for public tender, to meet current demand for industrial land. Land parcels in the Reserve List are sites set aside to meet potential demand for industrial land.

Developers can participate in the public tender for sites in the Confirmed List once it is announced in the newspapers, GeBIZ or the JTC website. Interested parties may purchase the tender documents from JTC. Developers who are interested in sites in the Reserve List may apply to JTC. For a typical Government Land Sales site, an award would be made within FOUR weeks from the date the tender closed.
