Q02 : How do I apply?

A02 : Look out for announcements on our website and the major local newspapers. Collect your free application kit from our Contact Centre at The JTC Summit, 8 Jurong Town Hall Road, Singapore 609434.

It contains an application form, handbook with application instructions, application checklist, product brochure with details of the sites being launched as well as a self-addressed return envelope.

For your convenience, forms from two of the relevant authorities that you need to seek clearance prior to submission of your application are being made available here.  These authorities are the Central Building Plan Unit of BCA and Water Department of PUB.

Q03 : Is there an application fee?

Q04 : How many applications can I submit per launch?

A04: You can submit only one application per launch per site.

Q05 : How much time do I have to prepare for my application?

A05 : You have up to six weeks to apply. Please do not hesitate to email or call our marketing officers if you need help.

Q06 : If I am unsuccessful, will I be automatically considered for the next launch?

A06 : No. The land sites offered could be different and unsuitable for your needs. You have to submit a fresh application.

Q07 : Can I apply in another quarter if I'm unsuccessful?

A07 : Yes, but do consult our marketing officers to assess your chances of success before re-applying.

Q08 : If I'm affected by the en-bloc redevelopment programme, do I need to apply under the Open Application scheme?

A08 : You need not go through the Open Application process because we have set aside land to cater to your needs.

Q09 : Will JTC change the frequency of sales launches to suit market conditions?

A09 : We intend to release sites every quarter. However, the quantum and frequency of release could be adjusted depending on market demand.

Q10 : Will the sites that are not allocated in one launch be automatically offered in the next launch?

A10 : They will not be automatically offered in the next quarter.  However, they may be offered in any subsequent quarter thereafter.

Q11 : What is the tenure of the land leases?

A11 : There is a good spread of sites with different tenure. Usually, the leases are for 30 years. However, the tenure can be for up to a maximum of 30+30 years - depending on the quality of investment.
