You may also call us at 1800-65687000 or fax us at 68855899 to request an application form to be mailed to you.

Please send us the application form at least SIX (6) weeks in advance from your preferred commencement date. 

STEP 2     FILL IN THE APPLICATION FORM

The application form for Temporary Occupation Licnse is available here.  Kindly refer to the instructions on the front cover of each form for the list of supporting forms required for submission.

STEP 3     SUBMIT APPLICATION FORM AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

a. An updated copy of the Registry of Companies & Businesses

b. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation

c. A copy of the contract awarded by the government authorities or JTC

Applications may be submitted by hand, mail or fax. Hand delivered applications should be submitted to our Customer Service Officer:

STEP 4     RECEIVE LETTER OF OFFER

If you are successful in your application, a letter of offer will be given to you within THREE (3) weeks from the date of receipt of the completed application form. Please note that our offer will be conditional upon the clearances from other relevant authorities such as the Central Building Plan Unit (CBPU) and the Public Utilities Board (PUB).
