Terraced Workshops

JTC terraced workshops are conveniently located in ten industrial estates throughout  Singapore, namely Jurong Port, Kallang Place, Kranji Loop, Pandan Loop, Penjuru Close, Pioneer Road North, Tai Seng Avenue, Tuas Avenue 13, Ubi Road and Yew Tee.

These low-rise premises are designed for easy loading and unloading of goods. Unit sizes range from 100 sq m to 550sq m and rental is on a three-yearly basis.  Terraced workshops are ideal for clients in general industries, including food processing, motor mechanics as well as engineering and chemical related businesses.

Successful applicants for our workshop units will be contacted within THREE days from the date JTC receives the completed application form, together with supporting documents and approvals. Applicants are required to apply directly to the Central Building Plan Unit, National Environment Agency and Water Supply (Network) Department, Public Utilities Board for approval.
