Since 2015, the JTC Innovation Challenge (formerly known as the JTC Open Innovation Call) has brought industry partners and solution providers together to address challenges in the built environment sector.
For each challenge, JTC works closely with our partners to develop solutions that can transform the way we plan, design, build and manage our buildings and estates.
Ultimately, our objectives are to find solutions that let us build and operate sustainably, manage life cycle costing, and improve safety and productivity throughout the building life cycle.
JTC co-creates the solutions with our partners by providing funding, domain expertise, and access to test-bed and pilot locations in selected JTC estates. Successful solutions may be adopted and deployed in JTC buildings or estates.
Through our support, companies can defray development costs, reduce business risk and bring ideas to market faster.
