Phase 2: Design & Construction

To ensure developments are built safely, efficiently, and sustainably, we leverage technology and global best practices in design and construction. Even before construction begins, virtual design and construction is used to minimise resource wastage and potentially dangerous site activities. In the construction site, robots such as Pictobot and Quicabot are used in combination with green building materials to bring benefits such as increased productivity, reduced safety risk, and lowered maintenance requirements. Green Mark features are also included in blueprints to ensure Green Mark certification is minimally achieved for all districts and developments once each development is completed.
