JTC Management Associate Programme

About the programme

The JTC Management Associate Programme (MAP) is an 11-month graduate programme where you'll help turn land and infrastructure into thriving industrial ecosystems that power Singapore's future.

How it works

You'll start in a "home" division aligned with your interests, building deep expertise through real project ownership: planning new industrial spaces, delivering infrastructure, managing critical facilities or supporting industry growth. You'll then rotate into another function to broaden your perspective and see how different teams shape Singapore's future together.

Your development

Alongside a competitive remuneration package, you'll attend bootcamps, learn with a close-knit cohort, build networks across JTC and receive mentorship from leaders invested in your growth.

JTC works on challenges most organisations never encounter. Think Southeast Asia's first underground oil storage facility at Jurong Rock Caverns, or the innovation districts shaping tomorrow's industries such as Punggol Digital District, Jurong Innovation District and One-North.

These aren't just projects. They're landmarks you'll one day point to and say, "I helped build that."

Frequently asked questions

From application to offer typically takes about 4 months.
We process applications from August each year. The interview and selection process happens between August to December.

You will undergo two postings across different domains of JTC's work, each lasting 5 to 6 months.
Your first posting will be in your Home Division, where you build foundational expertise and professional skills.
Followed by a second posting that has synergies with your Home division. This gives you an opportunity to deepen insights whilst also discovering new areas of interest.

You may indicate your top three domain preferences, and placements are assigned based on both your interests and the organisation's needs.

You will go through an appraisal at the end of each posting, as part of a structured system designed to support your growth throughout the programme.

Upon successful completion and satisfactory performance, you will be emplaced in your Home division.
