Posted rents have been updated and take effect from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022.
Posted rents for JTC’s industrial land remain largely unchanged, except for slight increase in some estates.
Posted rents for JTC’s ready- built estate also remain largely unchanged or slightly adjusted upwards against the backdrop of the recovering economy where market rentals have shown an upward movement.
JTC will continue to monitor the market closely and stay responsive to market trends and the evolving COVID-19 situation.

Rent and service charge will be computed based on ($per sqm per annum / GST / 12) x area + GST. Example: ($17.31/1.07/ 12) x 1000 sqm + 7%
