Notice of hire purchase

If you have machinery or equipment installed on your premises under a hire purchase agreement, you may submit an application for JTC not to seize such machinery and equipment in the event JTC exercises its rights for rental arrears.

To do so, the hire purchase or finance company you made the hire purchase agreement with must submit a Notice of Hire Purchase to us by email at

The waiver will be automatically granted once we receive the duly completed Notice of Hire Purchase, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Practice Circulars below.
