Request for Proposal for 9 and 14 The Oval, Seletar Aerospace Park
The 32 black-and-white bungalows lend The Oval at Seletar Aerospace Park its rustic appeal. Once the homes of military personnel from the British Royal Air Force, some of these conserved bungalows now house cafes, restaurants, and event spaces.
To further cement The Oval’s spot as a must-visit lifestyle destination, JTC is requesting proposals for new and vibrant lifestyle uses (including but not limited to F&B, retail, recreation) for two of the units – 9 and 14 The Oval whereby the F&B use is capped up to maximum 200 sqm, and with a maximum cap of 140 sqm outdoor refreshment area (ORA) – with a cap of 70 sqm ORA for 9 The Oval and a cap of 70 sqm for 14 The Oval.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) tender will be open for a period of 3 weeks from 20 May 2022 and closes on 10 June 2022, 5pm or the latest closing date as notified by JTC. Please note that late submissions will not be considered.
