Set up and assign digital service access in Corppass

If you have not used the customer service portal previously, do check that your company has enabled JTC e-services for your use.

Please note that from 11 April 2021, you will be required to login to government digital services for businesses (G2B) using Singpass instead of Corppass. For more information, visit go.gov.sg/corporate-login 


Instructions

Step 1: 

Visit www.corppass.gov.sg and click on "Log in with Singpass" at the top right corner of the webpage.

Step 2: 

You may choose to use the Singpass app or password login as a form of authenticator. 

If you do not have a Singpass account, you can register for one at Singpass - Register for Singpass

Step 3: 

Click on "Select Entity's e-Services"

Step 4: 

Select "JTC Customer Service Portal" and click "Next".

Step 5: 

Verify the selected e-Service and click "Submit".

Step 6: 

Your company has enabled JTC e-services. Click on "Assign Selected e-Service" to assign the e-service to the correct user account(s).

Step 7: 

Select from the entity's Corppass user account that would require a JTC CSP login. You may select more than one user account. Click "Next" to continue.

Step 8: 

Select "JTC Customer Service Portal" and click "Next"

Step 9: 

Assign the relevant roles (e.g. Approver / Preparer) and select the authorisation effective date.

As an Approver, you will have full access to the services in CSP. You can also assign rights to Preparers.
As a Preparer, you will only have access to services granted to you by the Approver.

Step 10: 

Verify the details and click "Submit".

Step 11: 

You have assigned JTC CSP to the users.
