JTC has launched one site at Plot 7 Tampines North Drive 4 for application under the second half of the 2022 IGLS Programme.

The site is the last of three Reserve List sites for the second half of the 2022 IGLS Programme.
Applications may be submitted to JTC for the site. Under the Reserve List system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum bid price that is acceptable to the Government.
