JTC has launched two sites under the first half of the 2022 IGLS Programme.

The site at Plot 10 Tampines North Drive 5 is the second of three Confirmed List sites for the first half of the 2022 IGLS Programme.
The site at Plot 9 Tampines North Drive 5 was made available for application through the Reserve List System under the first half of the 2022 IGLS Programme. JTC received an application for the site to be put up for public tender, with a committed bid price of not less than $7,000,000.
