JTC is master-planning and developing the new Woodlands Gateway district, Singapore’s northern gateway to the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone. 

The mixed-use district, spanning up to 35 hectares (about 50 football fields), will include a transport hub connected to the RTS Link Station and Woodlands North MRT station. It will provide flexible industrial and office spaces catering to firms siting manufacturing in Johor linked to regional HQ functions in Singapore.

Woodlands Gateway will also offer commercial and lifestyle amenities, catering to expected new demand from residents in the upcoming Woodlands North Coast residential estates, employees in the nearby industrial developments, and passengers in transit.

The first phase of Woodlands Gateway is expected to complete around 2030. Subsequent phases will be developed progressively depending on business demand and needs.
