The tender for the industrial site at Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 2) will not be awarded.

The tender for the site was launched on 28 August 2018 under the 2H 2018 IGLS Programme and closed on 23 October 2018. Two bids were received for the subject site. The highest bid was not accepted as the price offered was below the reserve price.
