JTC aeroSpace @ Seletar Aerospace Park serves as a key hub for the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of aircraft components, engines, avionics and tooling manufacturing in the Asia-Pacific region. The production floor is designed to be highly functional, column-free with adequate ceiling clearance heights, and each unit is a secured compound.

The latest phase of JTC aeroSpace @ Seletar Aerospace Park comprises nine ready-built standard factories for aerospace companies pursuing greater automation and digitalisation. Higher specifications such as higher ceiling height and floor loading cater to Industry 4.0 technologies as well as the use of heavier and larger equipment.
