1Unit will be marketed and allocated in AS-IS condition. Applicants are encouraged to view the unit before applying.
2Incoming tenant will have to carry out the necessary reinstatement to the allocated unit to JTC’s requirements upon the termination or natural expiry of the tenancy (as the case may be).
