The JTC Surface Engineering Hub (SEH) is a first-of-its-kind, multi-tenanted development that integrates the entire value chain of companies in the surface engineering industry. Its strategy of clustering companies within the same industry allows JTC SEH to optimise land use, achieve collaborative synergies, as well as facilitate the sharing of know-how amongst surface engineering companies, suppliers, solution providers, and other complementary businesses. In addition, its centralised wastewater treatment plant (CWTP) allows companies to reduce space requirements, operational costs and upfront capital investments.​​
