Nestled in Punggol Town, PDD is a 50ha business park district that is targeted at key growth industries of the digital economy, such as cybersecurity, machine learning, IoT and smart city solutions.

The district is closely integrated with SIT, which focuses on applied learning and will facilitate the cross fertilisation of ideas and knowledge. PDD’s business ecosystem is curated to support community of companies that can mutually support one another to excel in the innovation economy.

As a strategic national project, PDD is a showcase for smart nation initiatives. It is designed to create an experiential environment and offer a lifestyle that is attractive to the creative, young and digital population. At the district level, companies can test bed the latest smart city ideas and technologies such as a reference architecture for a smart district, 5G, smart logistics etc.

The district is expected to bring approximately 28,000 exciting jobs closer to residents in Punggol and the north-east region.
