JTC launches Pioneer Road (formerly known as Tuas Avenue 11) and Kaki Bukit Avenue 5 under Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme

JTC has launched two sites under the first half of the 2025 IGLS Programme.
These sites have been launched with an additional three-year lease tenure as part of recently announced enhancements to the industrial land lease framework.

The sites at Pioneer Road (formerly known as Tuas Avenue 11) and Kaki Bukit Avenue 5 are the fifth and sixth of seven Confirmed List sites for the first half of the 2025 IGLS Programme.
