All applications are to be submitted via the BrightSparks portal. The application deadline is 2 to 3 weeks after the release of A-Level results (selection is held between March to April).
Selected candidates will go through a group interview as well as a group activity.
Selected candidates will go through two rounds of interview. The first round will be with 2-3 Directors. Shortlisted candidates will proceed to the second round with our Senior Management comprising JTC CEO and Assistant CEO(s).
