Guide to Purpose-Built Dormitory Tender
Instructions

Step 1:

Navigate to the “Purpose-Built Dormitory Tender” page on JTC’s website (www.jtc.gov.sg).

Step 2:

Study the site specifications, tenure and requirements. If interested, proceed to purchase Tender Packet.

Step 3:

Purchase the Tender Packet by filling in the online purchase form and complete the payment process. The Tender Packet will be emailed to you within eight working days. It contains key information you need to take note of, e.g. Conditions of Tender and Technical Conditions of Tender.

Step 4:

Pay the Tender Deposit which is at least 5% of the Tendered Sale Price. Please refer to the Conditions of Tender found in Tender Packet for further instructions on how to pay the Tender Deposit.

(Note: Tender Submission will only be considered when Tender Deposit has been received by the Tender Closing Date and Time.)

Step 5:

Submit completed Form of Tender and proof of Tender Deposit payment in a sealed envelope to Tender Box 5 at The JTC Summit, 8 Jurong Town Hall Road, Singapore 609434 by 11:00am before Tender Closing Date.

Step 6:

Tender assessment typically takes up to 30 working days for JTC to process. As the process requires assessment and approval from other agencies, the notification on the outcome of the IGLS tender may take up to 10 weeks to be received.

(Note: For the successful tenderer, JTC will send you a Tender Acceptance Letter. For the unsuccessful tenderer(s), the Tender Deposit will be refunded.)
