JTC has launched two sites under the first half of the 2019 IGLS Programme. The launch is part of the Government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development.
One site is available for tender and one site is available for application. Details of the sites can be found below. Location plans can be found in Appendix A. Site details and location plans can also be found on JTC’s website at http://www.jtc.gov.sg/IGLS.

The site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 19) was made available for application through the Reserve List system under the first half of the 2019 IGLS Programme. JTC received an application for the site to be put up for public tender, with a committed bid price of not less than $2,000,000.

The site at Kaki Bukit Road 5 (Plot 4) is the last of seven Reserve List sites for the first half of the 2019 IGLS Programme.
Interested parties can purchase the Developer’s Packets at $107 each (inclusive of GST) from JTC’s Customer Service Portal: https://form.gov.sg/#!/5ebcc3cb4e2e96001193089a.
Applications may be submitted to JTC for the above Reserve List site. Under the Reserve List system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum price that is acceptable to the Government.
