In early 2018, we began regulating offences which pose health and safety risks in our buildings and estates. The offences carries a maximum fine of $5,000 each.

Offences regulated under JTC Common Property Rules include:​​


Rule R3 – Unauthorised structures

By regulating these offences, we hope to minimise or eliminate the risks faced by our customers and visitors in our buildings and estates. We hope to work together with you to create a better environm​ent.

Payment of Fines ​& Appeals

If you currently have an outstanding composition fine, please pay the composition fine via AXS (click for user guide).

You may submit an appeal for an offence committed here. We will notify you of the outcome within 2 weeks.You may also email us at JTC_Enforcement@jtc.gov.sg for enquiries related to offences and appeals.

 

Unlawful Parking Offences - Vehicle Owners to provide Driver Particulars

For Unlawful Parking offences, if you are not the Driver at the time of the offence, please furnish the particulars of the Driver by filling up this SGForm (click here) or by downloading and filling up the Driver Particulars Form (click here to download the form) and email to JTC_Enforcement@jtc.gov.sg indicating the NOIP number and Vehicle Number as reference in the email subject.
