You may apply to convert part of your premises into ancillary dormitory, subject to approval by the regulatory authorities.
Conversion to secondary workers’ dormitory is not allowed.
The application to URA will require, amongst others, approvals from technical agencies and endorsement from landowners (e.g. JTC). Hence, all applications on our land will be subjected to our prior approval before your application to the regulatory authorities.
