  • Tenancy Transfer

  • Submit Property-related Documents for Lease Confirmation and Environmental Baseline Studies

Payment:

With effect from 1 September 2018, JTC will be going cashless at the various JTC service counters for all payments. Please note that an administrative fee of S$20 (GST inclusive) may be levied for cash payments made at our Service Counters.
