How to apply for TOL sites

If you are interested to apply for a TOL site:

• Submit your application through GeBIZ.
• View the detailed instructions here.
• If you do not have a GeBIZ account, register as a GeBIZ Trading Partner (GTP). Your first account is free, and approval is immediate if your company is registered with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). Otherwise, your account will be processed in 3–5 working days.
• Pay the fixed tender deposit as per the instructions in the Tender Documents. Payment should reach us before 4pm of tender closing date.

Tender assessment typically takes up to 20 working days for JTC to process. As the process requires assessment and approval from other agencies, the notification on the outcome of the TOL tender may take up to 12 weeks to be received.

Tenders are assessed on bid rent.

• If your application is successful, you will receive a tender acceptance letter.
• If your application is unsuccessful, you will receive a refund of your deposit.
• If you withdraw your application after the launch closes or reject the offer upon award, your deposit will be forfeited.
