How to apply for sites in the IGLS Confirmed List

If you're interested to apply for sites available for tender:

  • Purchase a Tenderer’s Packet (S$185.30 incl. GST) for information on the site, tender conditions, and submit your tender.
  • Pay tender deposit of at least 5% of your tendered sale price.
  • The tender will be opened for eight weeks from the date of launch.

Tenderers will be notified of the results through email within ten weeks from the tender closing date.

  • If your submission is successful, you will receive a tender acceptance letter.
  • If your submission is unsuccessful, you will receive a refund of your deposit.
  • If you withdraw your submission after the tender closes, your deposit will be forfeited.

How to apply for sites in the IGLS Reserve List

If you’re interested to apply for sites on the Reserve List:

  • Purchase a Tenderer’s Packet (S$185.30 incl. GST) for information on the site and tender conditions.
  • Submit the enclosed application form in the Tenderer’s Packet.
  • Please do the following in your application form:
    • Indicate the minimum bid price in lump sum
    • Specify intended usage for the site
    • Sign off the application form
  • Send the completed application form by post in a sealed envelope with the prescribed label.
  • Address the envelope to: C/O Director, Contracts & Procurement Division JTC Corporation, The JTC Summit, 8 Jurong Town Hall Road, Singapore 609434
  • The application must reach us by the application closing date and time.

Applicants are informed of the results within three weeks through email.

Application is successful if:

  • The minimum bid price is acceptable; and
  • The applicant is not disqualified from participating in land sale tenders.

Upon acceptance, the applicant needs to:

  • Sign an agreement to participate in the tender when the Reserve List site is launched.
  • Pay a deposit of 3% of the minimum bid price through a banker's guarantee or by bank transfer within a period of two weeks.

If the applicant fails to do so, the application acceptance will lapse and no further action will be taken.

Upon receipt of the signed agreement and deposit, we will announce the accepted minimum bid price on our website and that the site launch will take place within six weeks.

How to apply for sites in the Reserve List available for open tender?

  • Purchase a Tenderer’s Packet (S$185.30 incl. GST) for specific information on the site, tender conditions, and submit your tender.
  • Pay tender deposit of at least 5% of your tendered sale price per instructions in the Tenderer’s Packet.
  • The tender will be opened for six weeks from the date of launch.
  • If you are the applicant who has successfully applied for the site in the Reserve List, you are required to participate in the tender. You may:
    • Submit a higher tender price than the minimum bid price.
    • Use your deposit as full or part payment of the tender deposit, which should be at least 5% of your tendered sale price. This also applies for joint tender.

Tenderers will be notified of the results through email within ten weeks from the tender closing date.

  • If your submission is successful, you will receive a tender acceptance letter.
  • If your submission is unsuccessful, you will receive a refund of your deposit.
  • If you withdraw your submission after the tender closes, your deposit will be forfeited.
