JTC Space @ Buroh is a 3-storey complex conceptualised to meet the requirements of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The development places a strong emphasis on functionality and efficiency of the movement of materials within factories. As such, structural provisions such as bolting points and removable concrete slabs, have been incorporated into the building design. The building has also adopted several environmentally friendly features to minimise its carbon footprint. 

JTC Space @ Buroh is a seven-minute drive to the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE). An eating house that offers a range of food options can be reached via a five-minute walk.
