JTC has launched two sites under the second half of the 2019 IGLS Programme. The launch is part of the Government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development.
One site is available for tender and one site is available for application. Details of the sites can be found below. Location plans can be found in Appendix A. Site details and location plans can also be found on JTC’s website at http://www.jtc.gov.sg/IGLS.

The site at Tuas South Link 3 is the fourth of six Reserve List sites for the second half of the 2019 IGLS Programme.
Interested parties can purchase the Developer’s Packet at $107 (inclusive of GST) from JTC’s Customer Service Portal: https://form.gov.sg/#!/5ebcc3cb4e2e96001193089a.
Applications may be submitted to JTC for the above Reserve List site. Under the Reserve List system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum price that is acceptable to the Government.
