IDDTA - PDD

Singapore’s Built Environment Industry is moving beyond traditional construction methods toward a more connected ecosystem. Interoperable platforms and data-driven processes are reshaping how projects get delivered—driving safer, more productive, and sustainable outcomes.

To sustain this momentum, JTC is seeking committed technology partners from all sectors to lead this transformation through the Integrated Digital Delivery Technology Alliance (IDDTA).

This is your strategic entry point into a market committed to change. Whether you are in the Built Environment industry or beyond, IDDTA helps you deploy your functional and scalable technologies, and secure a strong foothold in Singapore's rapidly evolving Built Environment sector.

JTC built OPTIMUS, our Connected Data Environment that connects our Built Environment projects from design to final handover. It is a shared digital workspace where everyone on a project accesses the same up-to-date information.

Integrated Digital Delivery Technology Alliance (IDDTA) aims to take our digital transformation further. We connect data, processes, and digital platforms across project lifecycles. Through partnerships with qualified technology vendors, IDDTA enables smooth data flow from digital platforms of our technology partners through design, construction, and building operations.

IDDTA partners with technology vendors who are committed to advancing digital solutions and meet JTC's standards for integration with OPTIMUS. This ensures everyone can access consistent, up-to-date information without dealing with incompatible systems or fragmented data.

1) Technology Vendors who commit to JTC's standards and integrate with our Connected Data Environment can qualify for JTC's certified solutions list. This page will explain the benefits and steps to participate. Interested vendors can also attend briefings to understand the application process and requirements.

2) JTC Project Partners (contractors and consultants) can work with JTC's certified solution vendors and rely on the IDDTA list as a standards-aligned resource. This page will explain how we identify certified vendors and how partnering with them supports competitive offerings. Project partners will be briefed on the vendor list during tender briefings for new projects.

The Results: Reduced project risks. Streamlined workflows. Better decision-making.

  • Get Certified: Join JTC's Certified Product List and earn official IDDTA certification. This proves your solution meets JTC's digital requirements, enhances your credibility as a trusted technology partner, and sets you apart in Singapore's Built Environment industry.

  • Market Visibility: Showcase your products through JTC's official channels and at events, including JTC Partners' Night. Host booths at conferences and events to connect with contractors and consultants who need your solutions, gain brand exposure, and generate qualified leads.

  • Integration-Ready: Connect your platform with OPTIMUS. This enables your customers to deploy your technology seamlessly in their JTC projects and achieve faster project delivery.

Closing date for assessment window in Q2 2026: 5 May 2026 (see Note 1)

JTC is seeking 360° reality capture solutions for construction progress tracking, quality inspection, and safety monitoring. If your technology captures and documents site conditions through immersive visual data, we want to hear from you.

What JTC is Looking For

  • At-Grade Reality Capture: Handheld, helmet-mounted, vehicle-based, or robotic 360° capture systems for eye-level site documentation, progress tracking, quality inspection, and safety monitoring
  • Aerial Reality Capture: Drone-based scanning and photogrammetry solutions for wide-area coverage, elevated perspectives, and hard-to-access locations

How to Join

Step 1: Sign Up

Register your interest here to join our mailing list. You will receive programme announcements, new application opportunities, and application updates directly to your inbox.

Step 2: Complete Self-Assessment

Download self-assessment checklist on IDD & Integration Requirement. The checklist outlines functional requirements for reality capture workflows & integration specifications for OPTIMUS connectivity.

Complete this checklist and submit them via FormSG by the closing date, 5 May 2026.
Note 1: Self-assessments received after this date will be considered in the next assessment window (tentatively Q4 2026).

Step 3: Product Demonstration

Shortlisted vendors will be invited to demonstrate their platform's capabilities to JTC. Your responses in the self-assessment will also be validated during this demonstration.

Demonstration Structure (30 minutes total)

20 minutes: Demonstration

  • Function: Demonstrate how your platform supports contractor workflows, illustrated with realistic use cases such as:
  1. Progress tracking across construction phases
  2. Quality inspection documentation and defect management
  3. Safety hazard identification and monitoring
  4. Site documentation for handover or dispute resolution
  5. Show how users capture, access, and act on visual site data within your platform
  • Integration: Show how your platform aggregates and presents data based on our requirements in the self-assessment checklists. Demonstrate visualisation capabilities for different user roles (e.g., project manager, quality inspector, safety officer).

10 minutes: Q&A
Questions from the JTC evaluation team.

Preparation Tips

  • Bring a live or prepared demonstration environment with example footages that reflect real-world construction site conditions
  • Clearly show capture workflows, user interface navigation, and how insights are generated
  • Be ready to discuss compatibility with our Connected Data Environment (OPTIMUS) and how your solution scales across multiple concurrent projects
  • Demonstrate actual capture-to-insight workflows rather than static screenshots

What Happens Next?

After the demonstration, we will notify you of the outcome and any follow-up actions or timelines. Successful applicants will receive official IDDTA certification, which recognises your solution's compliance with JTC's digital requirements. This credential bolsters your reputation as a trusted technology partner. Additionally, you will be listed on JTC's website.
