JTC has launched two sites under the second half of the 2021 IGLS Programme.

The site at 11 Tuas Avenue 18 is the third of four Confirmed List sites for the second half of the 2021 IGLS Programme.
JTC has accepted an application to put up the site at Jalan Papan (Plot 9) for public tender, with a committed bid price of not less than $5,953,668. The site was made available for application through the Reserve List System under the second half of the 2021 IGLS Programme. As the minimum bid price committed by the applicant is acceptable to the Government, the site is released for sale by public tender.
