​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​JTC is continually striving to provide a safer and better working environment for all occupants and visitors to our buildings and estates.​

In early 2018, we began regulating offences which pose health and safety risks in our buildings and estates. The offences carries a maximum fine of $5,000 each.

Offences regulated under JTC Common Property Rules include:​​

By regulating these offences, we hope to minimise or eliminate the risks faced by our customers and visitors in our buildings and estates. We hope to work together with you to create a better environm​ent.

Payment of Fines ​& Appeals

If you currently have an outstanding composition fine, you may either pay the composition fine via AXS (click here for user guide on payment via AXS) or at the Customer Service Centre, 3rd floor JTC Summit (8 Jurong Town Hall Road, Singapore 609434) by NETS or Credit Card.

If you wish to submit an appeal for an offence committed, you may send your appeal to askjtc@jtc.gov.sg​ with the following information:

  • Your personal details (name, contact information)
  • NOIP number​​
  • Date and time of offence​
  • Details of offence​​
  • Your appeal details​

We will confirm receipt of the appeal, and will notify you of the results within 2 to 3 weeks.
