If you intend to carry out renovation works, Addition and Alteration (A&A) works or reinstatement works, you must submit your plan and seek consent from JTC. Find out more about Plan Consent here.
Building plans are only available for:
- Buildings built by JTC
- Lessee buildings on JTC land developed between 1997 and 2004
You may request for the following building plans from us:
- Architectural plans
- Structural plans
- Mechanical and electrical plans
- Infrastructure plans
Only the following parties are permitted to request for building plans:
- JTC tenants/lessees
- Qualified Person(s) (QP) representing JTC tenants/lessees
- Project manager(s) representing JTC tenants/lessees
As these plans are approved/as-built plans, they may not reflect updates made to the buildings. Please use the plans only as a reference for your proposal. You will be required to develop your own plans when you submit your proposals to JTC.
Requesting for building plans
To request for building plans, complete and submit this online request form.
If you are a Qualified Person (QP) or a project manager representing JTC tenants/lessees, you will be required to submit an authorisation letter by the tenants/lessees as part of the application.
The letter of authorisation must include:
- Company name
- Company letterhead
- Company stamp
- Valid signature
- Types of building plans required
- Property that the plans are for
To encourage the use of digital services, the application processing fee is temporarily waived for applications submitted through our online form.
We will inform you of the outcome of your application through email within 3 working days of your online submission.
