Price-Quality Tender

JTC, together with STB and SportSG, are looking for innovative concepts to transform a vacant land plot at Mediapolis into a sports facility for the community.

Strategically located within the one-north estate, the site is to be transformed into a vibrant sports, tourism and lifestyle node with regular programmes or events. The successful tenderer will be awarded with a tenure of 5+5+5+5 years, subject to the further terms being granted by JTC.

There will be a tender briefing conducted for this tender on 26 Jun 2024, 10.00AM to 11.00AM at JTC Summit Level 1 Lecture Theatre.
