Price-Quality Tender

73A Ayer Rajah Crescent (the “Premises”) is centrally located within LaunchPad at One-North and plays an important role in supporting the dining, social and community needs of the wider One-North ecosystem. One-North is Singapore’s leading research and innovation business park, comprising a vibrant ecosystem of startups, multinational corporations, research institutions and technology companies, while LaunchPad serves as a key startup cluster and entrepreneurship hub within the precinct.

JTC is calling a Price-Quality Tender (PQT) to appoint one suitable master operator to operate the Premises as a food and beverage lifestyle hub (with optional retail offering) on an initial 5-year tenancy term, with an option for a further 4-year tenancy term.

Through this PQT, JTC seeks to transform the Premises into a vibrant and operationally sustainable food hall with strong operator-led curation, an enhanced user experience, and the ability to sustain footfall across both day and evening periods. The refreshed concept is expected to prioritise affordability, a diverse and differentiated tenant mix, comfortable and inviting dining spaces, and appropriate day-to-night activities, while supporting informal interactions and community engagement within the One-North ecosystem.
