We are looking for innovative business concepts to transform the eating house into a key activity node for industrialists and the general public (including the residents in the vicinity) during weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
Strategically located near Ubi MRT station and along Ubi Avenue 2, the eating house has excellent transport connectivity and visibility. It is also located near the residential developments of Kaki Bukit, Eunos and Paya Lebar. The tenure of the eating house is 3+3+3 years, subject to the 1st and 2nd further terms being granted by JTC.
Submissions must be made during the tender period as stipulated below. Tenderers are to submit their business proposal and bid rent in one single envelope.
All tenders submitted after 5.00pm on the closing date will not be considered.
There will be a non-compulsory site showaround for this tender on 18 January 2023, at 1.00 pm. Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend the site showaround. If tenderers are interested to attend the site showaround, please write to Ms Chui Hui Ting at chui_hui_ting@jtc.gov.sg by 4 January 2023.
