JTC’s Materials List provides a list of approved material that can be readily used for JTC’s buildings. This Materials List is part of our efforts to improve productivity as it will help to expedite the approval process of submitted materials, by obtaining advance information to ensure that the materials proposed in JTC development are able to meet JTC’s specifications and requirements. 

Contractors for JTC developments are to refer to the approved list of materials for submission of all the goods/materials/Plant required for the Works to facilitate their material approval process by the SO or SO Rep. Click here to see the approved list of materials.
