Terms & Conditions For Use of This App and the App Services
The terms and conditions below form the basis on which we, Jurong Town Corporation ("JTC"), provide you ("User") with access to this Application ("App") and the services offered on this App ("App Services"). By accessing this App and/or the App Services, the User is deemed to have unconditionally accepted and agreed to comply with and be legally bound by these terms and conditions, as well as all other terms, policies, rules and regulations which are incorporated by reference (collectively, "Terms and Conditions"). If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue your access to this App and the App Services immediately and refrain from further use.

Amendments and Other Terms and Conditions
JTC may from time to time amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without notice. All amendments will be posted in this App. Please check the Terms and Conditions whenever you access this App and/or the App Services. The User is deemed to have accepted these amended Terms and Conditions upon the User's use of this App or the App Services following such amendment by JTC.

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, additional terms and conditions may apply to the use of certain App Services as indicated elsewhere in this App ("Additional Terms and Conditions"). By using such services, you shall also be deemed to have accepted the Additional Terms and Conditions. Where there is any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and the Additional Terms and Conditions, the Additional Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

User Information
Where the User undertakes any interactive communication or provides any information through the use of this App or the App Services ("User Information"), the User is required to ensure that it is not misleading or inaccurate, does not violate any applicable laws, and does not contain or will not import any viruses or other disabling devices which may interfere, damage, surreptitiously intercept, access or expropriate any system, data or information of JTC or any other Users.

The User agrees and represents that the User communicates and provides information and consent on the User's own behalf and if the User does not communicate or provide information and consent personally, then the User's duly authorised representative communicates and provides information and consent on the User's behalf.

The User agrees that all User Information is non-confidential and non-proprietary unless otherwise indicated. User Information shall be deemed, and shall remain, JTC's property. None of the User Information shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on our part and the User agrees that we shall not be liable for any use of the User Information by reproducing, publishing or otherwise using the User Information in any way for any purpose.

JTC reserves the right to remove or edit any User Information which it finds to violate any of the above requirements or to be otherwise unsuitable or inappropriate.

Screening of Material
JTC reserves the right to monitor, screen, censor or control any activity, content or material appearing on this App and the App Services, and investigate any violation or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and do all such acts as may be necessary to ensure the provision of the App Services and/or the smooth operation of this App in the manner JTC desires.

JTC may further reject, remove, relocate or block any material or content in this App, whether or not provided by the User, including the right to remove any material or content over which copyright is claimed by a third party to have been infringed.

Intellectual Property
All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights comprised in the information, text, graphics, scripts, software, technology, music, sound, photograph or any other materials or works (collectively "the Materials") used on, contained in or used in connection with this App and the App Services are the sole and exclusive property of JTC and/or its licensors.

The User is permitted to download and print the materials from this App for personal, non-commercial use, provided that the User does not violate the provisions in these Terms and Conditions.

The User is not permitted to reproduce, reverse compile, adapt, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, display, broadcast, hyperlink or transmit in any manner or by any means, or store in an information retrieval system any part of this App or the Materials without JTC's prior written consent.

The User must not create derivative works from the Materials, insert a hyperlink to this App from any other App, use any material contained in this App, or indicate any association or link to this App without JTC's prior written consent.

Links to Other Apps
Except as expressly stated, any other apps linked to this App by hyperlink or otherwise are so linked for convenience and ease of reference only. JTC does not represent or intend for such links to be referrals or endorsements of such other sites or the entities operating such sites. JTC does not control nor contribute to such sites or the information contained there.

JTC reserves all rights to remove or disable any unauthorised links, or links to any sites containing inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topics, names, material or information, or material or information that violates any law, or any intellectual property, proprietary, privacy or publicity rights.

JTC disclaims all liability to the User and any third party in relation to any other sites reached by links to or from this App and any of their contents.

Availability and Right of Access
JTC may at its discretion without prior notice suspend the operations of this App or all or any part of the App Services at any time, whether for the purposes of updating, upgrading, system maintenance, or otherwise.

The contents of this App and the App Services may be modified, deleted, edited or withdrawn at any time by JTC at its discretion without prior notice.

JTC further reserves all rights to deny or restrict access to this App or the App Services by any person at any time without any notice or assigning any reason whatsoever.

Relying on Information
All content and information on and provided by this App and the App Services ("Provided Information") are provided for your general information only. The Provided Information does not constitute legal and/or other professional advice and should not be relied upon in that regard. While JTC has used reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Provided Information is correct at the time of posting, you shall conduct your own checks (which include but are not limited to seeking independent legal and/or other professional advice) to verify the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, adequacy and/or truth of the Provided Information and the applicability of the Provided Information to your particular circumstances before referring to, using and/or relying on any Provided Information. JTC disclaims all warranties (express, implied, statutory or otherwise arising from usage, custom or trade, or by operation of law) to the User and any third party, including warranties of merchantability, correctness, currency, timeliness, fitness for any purpose, reasonableness, reliability, satisfactory quality, completeness, adequacy, accuracy, availability, non-infringement of third party rights and title to the extent permissible by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, JTC shall not be liable to the User or any third party and expressly disclaims liability for any kind of loss (including but not limited to lost business, opportunities, goodwill, income, revenue or profits, economic loss, or lost or damaged data) or damage (including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, general, special, consequential or incidental damages, or damage to your property), arising directly or indirectly from using, accessing or relying on this App, the App Services and/or the Provided Information, as well as in the following situations:

a)   JTC taking down, removing, deleting, modifying, editing, replacing or making unavailable any part of this App or the App Services, whether temporarily or permanently, and for any reason whatsoever;
b) Any loss of access, delay, interruption or failure in functionality on this App, the App Services or the Provided Information, howsoever caused;
c) Any defect, inaccuracy, incompleteness, errors or omissions in this App, the App Services or the Provided Information;
d) Any permanent or temporary cessation of this App or the App Services; or
e) Any action taken or omission made by you or any third party in reliance on this App, the App Services or the Provided Information, regardless of whether JTC is advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify JTC and hold JTC harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) made against or suffered or incurred by JTC arising directly or indirectly from:

a) Your access to or use of this App, the App Services or the Provided Information;
b) Any action taken or omission made by you or any third party in reliance on this App, the App Services or the Provided Information;
c) Any claim by any third party that any provision of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 has been contravened in respect of his or her personal data which had been made available on this App or the App Services by the User; or
d) Your breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.

Severance of Terms
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then such invalidity or unenforceability shall not have any effect on any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, all of which shall remain valid and enforceable.

Fees
Currently, no charge is imposed for accessing or using this App or the App Services. JTC reserves the right to introduce at any time at its absolute discretion a charge for accessing or using this App and/or the App services.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
