We are inviting offers for the tenancy of the site for a proposed Sports & Recreation use.
Located in the heart of Jurong, the Premises are within walking distance from Jurong East MRT station and bus interchange. It takes approximately 5 minutes by car from Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and Pan Island Expressway (PIE). The nearest bus stops servicing the Premises are along the Jurong Town Hall Road. The Premises are close to neighbouring malls such as JEM and Westgate.
The Premises include six (6) existing outdoor sports courts. The abutting Jurong Town Hall annex building is excluded.
Next to the Premises is Jurong Town Hall’s main building, which was gazetted as a national monument in 2015 and now houses the Trade Association Hub. The annex building adjacent to the Premises is not in use.
