The Nanyang Technology University-JTC Talent Development Programme ensures a steady pipeline of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) talents to take on the challenges of advanced manufacturing. This programme benefits both businesses and students: businesses can attract and collaborate with talent, and students get valuable access to industry expertise and real-life application of skills.

The Energy Research Institute at NTU (ERI@N) at JTC CleanTech One is a partnership with JTC to develop and deploy sustainability solutions. It also serves a centre-of-excellence for advanced research, development and demonstration of innovative energy solutions.

Chart a course for organisation-wide learning with SkillsFuture.

SkillsFuture offers over 400 advanced manufacturing courses to help businesses upskill and reskill their workforce. These courses span various skill levels, covering areas like cloud computing, microelectronics, technopreneurship and more.

The Sectoral Job Redesign (JR) Initiative, in partnership with Workforce Singapore (WSG), supports businesses in their Industry 4.0 transformation. This programme helps companies identify productivity drivers, reskill employees for growth areas, and implement sector-specific solutions.
